I love their frappuccinos and lattes! They're so good! Their baked treats are great too! I've usually done drive thru orders with my parents, but the atmosphere inside is really nice!

I went to get my usual preference grande ICED sugar free latte with oat milk and FOR THE SECOND TIME IN A ROW AND WAS GIVEN A HOT LATTE. I appreciate the young lady's offer of fixing it but what the staff isn't doing is repeating back the order or asking customers to confirm the order. We are trusting employees to take our order CORRECTLY and accurately. I dont have time to sit there and have them fix something that could've been avoided on top of that risking the possibility of messing that up. On top of the fact that the fog is super thick in the area so that becomes a risk factor further pissing me off. Let's add the fact that I called repeatedly and no one answered. It seems like now a days people dont know how to do their jobs.

I visited a New Starbucks in Escalon, Ca. There was a Welcoming Atmosphere. So far, I've visited 2 times and each time All Staff Acknowledged me entering with a Sincere eye to eye contact, pleasant tone of voice and Curteous Manner. I'm going back Again! Way to Go Starbucks Associates 🙌

Has always been a best location to have coffee, whenever we decide for yosemite hike. Spacious parking, friendly staff and enough space inside makes this a perfect location to enjoy the coffee and have chit chat.
