Rosa's Bakery

Their shortbread cookies are so soft! This was my first time purchasing their food, and I am so impressed! I have only tried the lemon drop cookies and the cocoa butter, shortbread, cookies, but they are delicious!

My husband and I just went to the Peach festival in Folsom and Rosa's Bakery was one of the vendors. They had canolis, pastries, pies and tarts. We got one of each since they all looked really amazing and fresh. The canoli and pastries didn't even make it home as we ate them almost immediately. Wow, is all I can say. By he time we got home we immediately ate the turnover which not to my surprise was amazing as well. We plan on eating the pie tonight after dinner. I just wish this bakery was at the farmer's market in Folsom every week as driving to there bakery is over an hour and a half away. :( Grateful to have gotten to try a really outstanding bakery though. A must try if you ever get the chance.

We ordered a delectable assortment of goodies. Berry, apricot, apple turnovers all were flaky with tasty fruit. Chocolate croissants, was a fav for my wife. We also had cinnamon roll(okay). But now the cannolis of which we admit not run across many through our travels seemed good . In the pics we had dark chocolate bits, almond slivers and a plain cannolis. Let us know from your travels if these were notable. Side comment. Very friendly staff. As always, post your experiences wherever your palate takes you.

Small bakery ran by a few people, first time trying, pastries are so fresh and the cannolis are highly recommended, staff was so friendly! Great Portuguese spot for goodies

Lots of great baked goods. An awesome place for a variety of Portuguese items. Lady was super friendly!! Highly recommend!
