Krispy Krunchy Chicken

Located in Emil's Liquor Store/Gas Station/Motel. They seem to keep some chicken and specific sides under heat lamps, but make more as needed and remove items from display after some period of time. If you want 'fresh' or say the shrimp or fired fish, the people working at the counter said to call in your order and it will be ready for pickup in about 15 minutes. The chicken is pretty good tasting, if plain, fried chicken and isn't spicy, but there is some sort of seasoned marinade in the meat. Considering this a gas station's convenience store, it's actually pretty good.

I've been eating this Krispy krunchy Chicken since 2019 when I was driving truck in the Bay Area. As long as you get it fresh and hot it's good stuff to eat. The chicken sandwiches were really good though a lot of places don't sell them no more. And they had used to have a sauce called boom boom sauce cuz they don't sell anymore it was a hot spicy sauce that was really great. They started to bring the franchise towards the valley where I reside and it's hit and miss around Stockton California. There's a place down on Thornton Road that sells it nice and hot all the time and there's a place on Center and Park Street that sells it the full variety with the biscuits. This spot was in a gas station. No seating. I ordered take out. Chicken was good.
