Starbucks Coffee Company

I this could have been a greater environment. I was there on a Sunday. Very young people only in the restaurant and that’s ok but the job was not being done properly . The restaurant could have been cleaner. The garbage was overflowing. I asked for a coffee and a banana nut bread. My cashier told me there was no more. I told her I could see it .she told me it was not fresh. Is it Starbucks or what ? It could be way better.

I went to this location earlier today where i was served by Maldon and Saleen. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming and the service was fast which did not all at affect the great quality of my drinks or food. Will definitely be back. The service i received from everyone especially the two i mentioned the beginning was great.

Friendly service, but they usually are always out of every single breakfast item by 7:30am which is pretty strange and probably not accurate- just lazy people not wanting to do the job they applied for. Could be a lot better if they weren’t lazy. This has occurred 2/4 days I’ve visited this location which is disappointing. Send me a gift card and we’re cool.

I feel like they don’t look at the requests of the drinks. This drink definitely didn’t have vanilla bean powder. And if this is LIGHT ICE, what’s regular ice? This is the second time they did this.

My first and second time going to this location the service was GREAT. Trevor the 1st time Ari the 2nd time. Both were polite, professional and generally respectful. Those qualities definitely help a customer feel good about being there.
