I visited the place with my daughters and my husband. We were delighted with the food, and the customer service was excellent. The girl who served us was very kind. We were also able to buy ice cream, which was delicious.

The new store is exceptionally clean and well-organized. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by an elderly staff member who was both attentive and eager to assist. Her professionalism and willingness to help created a welcoming atmosphere, and I hope her excellent customer service remains consistent. I ordered a juice and empanadas—the juice was flavorful and well-prepared, but the empanadas lacked seasoning and were somewhat bland. Despite this, my overall experience was positive, and I appreciate the store’s commitment to cleanliness and customer service.

Really nice store! The staff were friendly and welcoming. We got a mangonada and a tropical juice (SO good). Just a heads up they only accept cash or Zelle, but overall a great experience and I’d definitely go back!

as someone who used to live in Port Chester it gives me nostalgia to the Paleteria Fernandez like the ice cream is sweet the way I like it and also its creamy which good job this ice cream shop has potential but overall yeah it’s so tasty will be coming back

They got the best home made ice cream in Elmsford, NY! Also, the customer service is great!! Plus they sell Ecuadorian and Mexican food!
