Starbucks Coffee Company

Today: I did a mobile order as I got to the store because I knew if I did my custom coffee order they would get it wrong as always especially if i verbally told them. I did go to the drive through, mind you the order was placed two minutes prior and the line was in the road as usual. When i got to the order and told them my name they said “well we just got it but pull up” .. By the way it was said it was RUDE. I just overlooked it because I am super chill and legit visit starbucks every single day.. legit i spend $15-20 a day at least.. most people would be embarrassed by this. I’m not this is my life. This is when I choose to spend my money on. that being said, I have been to pretty much every Starbucks in the northern Virginia DC area and I know that this is by far the worst one I tried

This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The lady working was so rude. The customer before me was Spanish- speaking and wasn't very confident in her English and the lady working was rushing her order and had a terrible attitude. When it was my turn, I ordered my drink and I watched her make it, she was huffing and puffing, flinging cups, sprinkled toppings on the drink and threw down the sprinkles when she was done. I work in fast food and I understand people have bad days, but this was uncalled for.

They take a long time to serve us at the drive-thru. Also, today I had the bad luck of having a woman serving us disrespectfully say she didn't understand what my husband was saying. He only asked for sugar for his coffee. I'm sure everyone understands what sugar is, especially if you work in a coffee shop!

Was stopping through for my usual venti iced caramel brûlée latte on my way back home to NC - Philadelphia where I work for the weekend around 1030am and this was one of THE BEST LATTES I’ve ever had !! Easy access off the highway friendly service! I have only ever gave one other Starbucks all 5 stars but I had to pull over with 5 hours left on my drive to give these guys a 5 star review!!!

This morning, I stopped by Starbucks to grab breakfast before a medical appointment. Unfortunately, the service I received was far from satisfactory. The staff member seemed overwhelmed and displayed a poor attitude. After placing my order for egg white bites and coffee, I noticed there was no fork included. When I asked for one, the employee reluctantly tossed it to me with a disdainful look. Upon returning to my car and inspecting my food, I discovered that the egg white bites were burnt. This experience was incredibly disappointing, especially since I've never encountered such issues at other Starbucks locations.
