My favorite location of all time. My order always made correctly. It tastes better when i order my matcha latte here. Thank you for whoever made my drink. I appreciate your heart and effort.

I only occasionally go here to grab orders for my wife and literally every single time. I try to get myself a simple iced coffee they screw up the order. Right now, I’m about a minute away from the Starbucks and there’s no ice in my coffee Scratch that there’s like three ice cubes floating on top There’s no sweetener and I’m assuming it’s because they didn’t put the cream. I asked for Emmett and they got an attitude when I told them it was supposed to have cream. This is why I go to Dunkin

I've been going to this location for years and have always experienced impeccable service.....until the last couple of months. From "Order Ahead" being shut off on the mobile app, to servers not listening and being served hot versions of a drink instead of iced or vice versa and most recently "Order Ahead" being shut off AND the lobby being locked due to "Staffing Issues". I know Starbucks offers excellent benefits and reasonable pay to employees to make their coffee so not being able to staff a Starbucks properly on a Saturday morning tells me A LOT about this generation of workers and a little bit about management. I truly hope this location turns the corner and returns to a place that enjoy getting my Saturday morning treat. Until then, I'll make the drive to Rochester! FYI, before you

Absolute joke. I just went through the drive-thru and ordered a grande caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino and, without exaggerating at all, there was 10% coffee and 90% whipped cream. Absolutely unacceptable for a $7 drink. I expect someone to reach out to me to make this right otherwise Starbucks has lost a customer for life because this is, quite frankly, idiotic and I don't know how a human being with eyes could make a mistake like this.
