How does your oven is turn off at 6pm when you'll close at 7pm ??? I am sorry I wont stop at this location again.
Recently I've received completely incorrect drinks. I speak up and they don't confirm or deny anything just skip straight to telling me to pay passive aggressively. You'd think they'd at least give more than 10 seconds to react it's not like they get busy.
Attempted to redeem my birthday rewards on a drink, and was told after I scanned my app that I had to pay a balance, and in fact the birthday rewards are not accepted here. So I ended up paying for my “free” birthday drink. Very frustrating experience.
I don't drink coffee of any kind. Never have and never will and I have never been in a Starbucks. I routinely get harassed from Google on how was Starbucks when I have been shopping at Hyvee because Hyvee is not happily satisfied with just being a grocery store. So sorry Starbucks you get one star. Take it up with Google.
I ordered doordash yesterday. I got a turkey pesto sandwich. Literally half of it had some meat on it. The other half Literally just pesto. For the prices you are asking this was a complete waste of money
