This location lacks cleanliness, attention to detail, and the excellent friendly customer service Starbucks has become known for. Unfortunately, the lack of upkeep from behind the counter to the prep area and in the customer waiting/lounge area need better attention to cleaning standards. Other customers inside commented that, sadly, this location is relatively new, but the team doesn't maintain it like other Starbucks locations. On a high note, the drinks were good. But the effects of the unkempt areas may have you question the quality of your purchase.

Evan helped us with our drinks today, and he was very positive, engaging and a bundle of joy. He made our drive thru experience very fun, and the drinks being made was one of the best drinks we had in the area!

There’s this male employee here that typically just doesn’t look he likes his job or I don’t know if he just doesn’t like me in general when I stop by. Overall, he seems to always make a mistake, when taking my order and he’s his demeanor is off. Tall Latino, light skin gentleman with wavy black hair. Bro, just do your job and stop giving customers a hard time or go find a different job you actually like.

Every time I go to this location same experience, I tried to give it another chance but Employees rude as heck, they gave me my drink like half way empty saying it’s because it’s an “expreso” but every time I go to a different Starbucks they give it to me full and prefect. My drink was clear in the bottom and I was just so unhappy. I told them about my drink they said well maybe because it’s not the same location. Its the same company same procedures … smh
