My office is right next door to this location. I was really excited that this location opened up and have been ordering from here since they opened. For our conferences and workshops, I have been ordering a Traveler, the app only allows you to order a Pike so the Manager at the location many months back told me to just call in and they will have a Blond ready for me. This has worked out for the last 6 times that I have placed the order. She was also, absolutely amazing from a service perspective and worth the addition cost for the coffee. However, i just tried to do the same thing today and a male identified himself as a manager i explained to him the situation and my order after back and forth on telling me its not possible to place an order in advance, he said okay. A cozy spot with excellent service and super friendly staff. Latte was delicious.

Didn't order. Walked in and smelled like wet gross dog. Literally every corner. Anither gross . Never mopped floor.

I ordered a chai and they gave me a BAD coffee!! Don’t come here
