Starbucks Coffee Company

Ordered two of the same drink, one was supposed to have ice the other without. Both had no ice. Ordered a breakfast sandwich that seems like it wasn’t even warmed up at all as the egg was cold. We were on the run and didn’t have time to turn around and come back to have them warm it up. No cup sleeves out either.

I noticed the lady at the drive-through got a bit upset and started acting up when I didn’t pick a tip option on her pinpad. She started screaming “sir you have to select an option” It’s not really needed at a coffee shop drive-through, and I don’t think your company expects you to depend on tips for your income. Plus, your coffee is already a bit pricey.

I’ve been here time and time again to give them another chance but I am officially done with this location. My orders have all been completely wrong (ie: ordered an iced mocha and got a vanilla iced coffee) and workers are not very friendly

Employees didn't know how to transfer the balance from a cash voucher to gift card. There were four/ five of them and just acting dumb. Just trying to impose the face mask requirement. Experience for no reason. One of the worst star bucks.

I've ordered here twice and both times I have been accused of stealing refills. Wow. If the "here" cup is required for refills, offer the "here" cup when I order. They rush to give you a too go cup even though I have my mobile office setup right in front of the register. I go back for a refill and the cashier wants to give me a loud speech about how refills work. Even if you didn't see me walk in with my computer, all everyone if the order of for here or to go. 1 simple question avoids this embarrassment. I spend $10-$15 minimum everyday in Starbucks and this type of treatment is unnecessarily embarrassing.
