The service here is horrible and they pretend you tip them with their attitudes and now they have started to give out the coffees without having a sleeve

My whole entire order was wrong this morning. Who has time to deal with your "Barista Promise" if they already can't read or pay attention to detail? Who cares about the "promise" if you have to be at another place, are under time constraints, etc.? Starbucks ALREADY makes a boatload of money off of us (as consumers) now vs. other competitors. I am tired of spending my money and getting half of my expectations while being asked to extend myself further. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! Shame on you Starbucks for throwing YOUR INADEQUATE AND INCONSISTENT responsibilities on the shoulders of your customers! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Horrible Service non-friendly environment, dirty as well, with trash everywhere on the counters and the floor Employees just sitting on their phones not even asking. How can I help you?

Associates are great, coffee is perfect for powering thru your Target shopping as I usually go for a few specific items, a few hours later I have a cart full of who knows what!!
