B-town Burger Sushi Bar

Went with a few friends on a weekday night and we all enjoyed our meals. Three of us had burgers and one person had the tacos. I had the Oklahoma Onion burger which was delicious although it did fall apart on me a bit so be warned its messy. Keep in mind the burgers here were all smash burgers from what we experienced. We thought the prices were a bit high, but fries are included with the burgers. The standout highlight was the service, our waitress was phenomenal and very friendly the entire time. She gave us great detailed recommendations for food. Overall I enjoyed my experience.

We went to B-Town for the variety of food. He felt like a burger and I wanted sushi. As we walked in around 1pm on a Wednesday it was a ghost town, no customers and not even an employee to greet us. Fortunately within 5 min we were greeted by a server. So instead of leaving we decided to order. While the burger was underwhelming and bland it came out correct. If you want to elevate the experience to correlate with the prices, season your smash burgers, cook on a high temp flat top so it’s not just soggy, add lettuce to vary texture and most importantly cut your own fries! Curly, straight… doesn’t matter. Blanch prior for service. Then finish off per order. It’s this attention to detail and quality that people will appreciate. This joint has been on my list for sometime for simple fact that that anyone taking on the trifecta of Burger, Sushi and Tacos, I will absolutely give them a shot. This being my first time, I went with the namesake burger. 100% knocked it outta the park! The first thing that hit me was the flavorful beef.Yes in this day and age of gimmicks the star of the show often lacks quality. Not here, it's all high quality...beef, cheese, toppings, bun, and most of all execution! I will definitely be back to try the sushi and tacos....as no doubt they will will also be stellar! The owner came by and I have to say I wasn't surprised by his enthusiasm towards his craft. This is the heart of what makes this place different and definitely worth stopping by.

Came on a slow Sunday evening to a dining room with no line. Ordered their signature B-Town Burger with fries and thoroughly enjoyed the burger. Fries were crispy and well seasoned. Perfect crispy edges on the beef patties. Burger was topped with a block of fried cheese, bacon bits, American cheese, and sweet caramelized onions. I'm not a big fan of sweet on my burgers but the onions were a nice change from the usual burger style. Will be back to try the wings, sushi, and the classic smash burger.

We came to B-Town for lunch for the first time and loved it. Food is fresh and absolutely delicious. My husband had birria tacos and left nothing on his plate. He enjoyed very much. He already knows what he wants to try next when we come back. I had poke bowl, and it was one of the best bowls I’ve ever had; great flavors, beautiful presentation and oh so fresh. The restaurant is clean. The service was superb! The owner is very nice and attentive. We highly recommend this restaurant! We will be back for more for sure!
