Protein Lab Shake Bar

I was weary walking in because most places don’t make great smoothies. This place makes amazing smoothies. I couldn’t believe how much flavor these smoothies have. I got the Iron Man and it 100% lives up to its name. It was basically a strawberry cheesecake smoothie but it was phenomenal. My buddy said he’s smoothie was a flavor explosion. But I didn’t get to taste his. *My bad the donut was also great. Wasn’t a standard donut. Tastes more like a waffle.

Ramon the owner is such a charismatic and genuine person. The donut I got was delicious and I will definitely be returning. The protein donut I got was the guava and cheese. But I won’t be returning just for the food but the level of customer service I received is genuinely disappearing in this day and age and people like Ramon are becoming a dime a dozen. Thank you!

My friend introduced me to Protein Lab & Shake Bar a while ago by surprising me with their protein donuts, and I’ve been hooked ever since. I finally found the shop while I was in the area for work, and it did not disappoint. The donuts taste so good, I still can’t believe they are actually low carb and high protein. They even make them fresh to order. I grabbed an Oreo protein shake too, and it was delicious. Creamy, satisfying, and it actually kept me full the whole ride back home. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. It was one of those extra warm days, so by the time I got home the donut filling had melted a little, even with the car AC running. Still worth it though. Now I just wish they would open a store closer to me.

This place is awesome. I make a stop before almost every workout and get their donuts. They are absolutely delicious. The staff here is also some of the nicest people I have ever met. Thank you guys for amazing service!

This places keeps proving to me that healthy food can still be irresistible. It became part of my gym routine, and a reason why I’m excited to drive to the gym! From the moment you walk in you’re always greeted with huge smiles. I’m a big fan of their protein donuts, and their shakes are also amazing! Highly recommend it!
