Starbucks Coffee Company

The coffee and banana bread was very good. I asked the employee working the drive through for a sleeve for our coffee and they advised they did have any. When you order your cups, wouldn't you order the same amount of sleeves? This is the second time.

The staff working here are always so friendly and fast. This is exactly what you would expect from a well-run Starbucks store. They know my order every time I come in and the drinks are always made perfectly.

Something about being asked for a tip at the drive-through just does not sit well with me. If I’m sitting in a car standing at a cash register, I shouldn’t be asked for a tip. It’s cheesy.You’re literally handing me something. I pay $12 for a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. Stop asking me for more money. Starbucks made almost $38 billion last year ask your CEO for money!!

Hannah and O'Darius were amazing... excellent customer service. Food items and drinks are pricey considering size. but decent compared to other breakfast places.

I’m not sure who does the hiring, but the weekday morning staff is Amazing! Like they understand that a 40 plus woman with ADHD will forget to hit send on the mobile order and not judge, just offer a friendly smile and say it’s okay in such a way that brings harmony to my experience and makes my coffee that much sweeter❤️
