I’m a regular and I always look forward to seeing Kat in the drive thru. She goes above and beyond to make sure I leave this location satisfied! Really kind and respectful staff, I always get amazing service while visiting.

This review really is for Starbucks in general not any particular location. I have noticed my go-to drink, chocolate cream cold brew, has tasted different the last few times. I’ve learned that Starbucks is no longer using chocolate malt in their recipe. Their new version is not nearly as good and I just wonder why they would change a good thing. Very disappointed!

I love coming here with my daughter💜 we used to have a rule you have to get a different drink every time you come. So much fun and the staff is very friendly and on top of it.its so refreshing having a place that is consistently amazing. Also a safe place to meet if you do MARKETPLACE or Just meet up in general. Sometimes it is a little busy but great store. I highly recommend this place. 👍🏼

Turn your DoorDash & Uber online ordering back on! Unacceptable that this location has decided to shut it off for several days now despite every other location in the KC Metro offering it. Inconveniencing disabled customers and losing business.

By far my favorite Starbucks location in Blue Springs. The staff is very kind, and my order has never been wrong. The drive thru is also surprisingly fast
