Scout Coffee

loved the atmosphere + ambience of this place. only stopped in for coffee + tea but the homemade pop tarts looked delicious 🤤 wish i was hungry enough to grab one! the crew was kind + on top of their game! overall, great experience stopping in here on our way to st. louis.

I’ve been coming here from the very beginning in 2019 and it’s been so fun to watch the growth overtime. I would drive from Oak Grove just to get Scout and was so happy when the GV location opened. They truly have something special here. Amazing coffee and even more outstanding ownership and community impact. I now live in Colorado, but come home a couple times a year, and my first stop is always Scout. Love ya’ll, couldn’t be more proud for you to be my home coffeeshop!! Keep doing exactly what you’re doing.

LOVE THIS PLACE!! One of the Best coffee shops in Kansas and KCMO and I've been to practically every single one. They love their job, and you can tell with every drink. It's not rushed and you can even get a drink inhouse, they have solid latte art. Scout's is so well rounded!

This is a chill little joint in downtown Blue Springs. Quality and unique drinks, tasty food, and a nice place to meet if you can find seats. I'd love it if the place were bigger, but then it would be like every other coffee place... Rock on, Scout! You do you.
