The manager working there is very good. She really cares about quality and good customer service. I had an issue with my drink and she replaced it for me with no issue. Very professional, polite, and friendly. And the drinks and food are always high quality. Thank you!

The place is supposed to be relaxing having a sip of morning coffee but the manager is always loud, talking to her staff. Its not rekaxing at all and ive experienced it each time i go there. Maybe manager can be moved to a different location!

I've been in here as a delivery driver, and also, I buy a water and charge a couple devices on Sunday, and the service either way is friendly and fast. Thank you, folks, see you next time!

Im giving one star just because of the manager ( not sure if she's the manager) , i think her name is Naz. Its just not good when you can hear her talking rude with other staff, i guess two staff was new and she doesnt have any patience to help them if they don't know what to do. (customers can hear how she talks to them) the food and the drinks was good. Shiela and joseph were helpful and nice and you I see they are trying their best. I just hope the manager will talk to her staff nicely and not be bossy especially when customers can hear her. Its just sad

This is what happened when I bought a cup of americano! The quality of cups & lids are really bad and cheap. I paid $3.75 for nothing, usually I ask the staff to get extra cup, and sometimes staff don’t like that, I know they’re strict with the preparation standards but this happens always! A very bad cups leaking while the coffee cups in the gas stations are much much better, but when you pay for the most expensive coffee in the area you’ll get this! Ridiculous
