Cakes and much else made right at the bakery and as fresh as fresh can be. The most attentive and friendly owner and staff. Food and other gift items from local artisans and chefs. Just heaven. The cakes are to die for. And the cookies. And the brownies. Visit once and you’ll keep coming back. Oh, plus insanely tasty - not too sugary - custom made cakes for parties etc.

Come for the cinnamon rolls, stay for the scones. I'm a cinnamon roll junky and came here based solely on a picture in their reviews. It was the best decision of my trip to NorCal. The frosting is excellent and not overly sweet. The cinnamon roll itself was freshly baked and perfectly soft without collapsing. One of the best I've had... And I've had a lot. There is clearly a local following with a regular customer in the shop selling me harder on all the amazing baked goods than the staff. I was talked into trying the scones and they were awesome. I don't like dry scones and these have a perfect balance of that firm exterior with a muffin like middle. The maple bacon was an absolute banger. Do yourself a favor and stop by. I don't think you can go wrong with anything there.

I LOVE THESE LADIES! The best cinnamon rolls, fantastic scones, the peanut butter bars are incredible, and their pies?! Outstanding. But above all else, they are good people. They work hard and they care about their community. What they are doing with The Local Spot is really something special. Building a home to share other small local businesses is such a beautiful and powerful thing. I am proud to support them!! …but really. Those cinnamon rolls. My god. Go. Tomorrow. Trust me.

Made Out of Dough and The Local Spot are owned by two truly wonderful, generous humans who care deeply about what they do. Their baked goods, pies and scones are all made from scratch, baked with care, and hard to beat and delicious. Their schedule can be very full but the effort, quality, and heart they put into their business always shows and their treats are always worth the wait! Happy to support small businesses and highly recommend checking them out!

My daughter wanted something different for her baby shower this last May, so we set out to find the perfect baker, and we did. Michele is friendly, professional and extremely creative. We ordered 3 different mini cupcakes, which one had to be modified because of my daughter’s allergies, and they came through with flying colors!! Not only was the delivery a great experience but they also provided little cardboard to-go containers so our guests could enjoy the cupcakes with their favorite cup of tea or coffee, which everyone said was the best! We were so impressed that I will be going through Michele/Made Out of Dough for my 60th birthday celebration.
