They don’t know how to make a company approved caramel macchiato. It had almost zero caramel taste. When I told them about it - I didn’t want a new one - they said it had 4 pumps. But to my knowledge, the caramel is placed on top with a squeeze bottle, not pumped into the cup. At any event, it was basically just a coffee.

Great customer service from Angel! She’s an amazing employee there. I would recommend coming here when there isn’t a rush. My drinks are always good. Happy Hour from 3-7 PM is worth it! I’m glad that I work close by to you guys! 😊

I just wanted to give a big shoutout to my favorite baristas, Kaitlyn and Tatiana, at Starbucks.They are always so kind, fast, and willing to go the extra mile to help me figure out what drink I’m in the mood for. Whether I’m trying something new or sticking with an old favorite, they never disappoint. Their positive attitude and excellent service make each visit such a great experience. Thank you both for always brightening my day with your great energy and coffee-making skills!

Service and overall quality has not been the same since the tall blonde barista left. I’ve had to go to an off base Starbucks multiple times because of these issues. She was the only one who seemed consistent on beverage quality and her speed was always more than excellent and now it is merely mediocre at best.

My spouse ordered and picked up a drink for me, however, the personnel on duty (19 Jul 24 @ 1130) did not add the label to the drink order and there were no other identifiable information on the cup. This error made it impossible to verify if the drink was mine or if it contained the proper ingredients (free of allergens). To reduce the risk of consuming something that would result in me becoming ill, we reordered the drink from a different Starbucks. I recommend adhering to the proper company protocols and if deviations must occur employees adequately communicate with the customers. Quality of service is everything and for the amount of money customers pay for Starbucks, the price point demands the highest quality of service.
