Kristi made sure the quality of my food was top tier. I felt like I was dining at a 5 star restaurant, which is why I gave her 5 stars.
Only two workers, SUPER slow at 1530. Extremely long wait time. Not a good experience. Food was pretty good

Food was fresh and hot. We were greeted with a smile. Food was ready fast and tasted great!
I got a chicken teriyaki & specifically asked for no onions or tomato. Instead, I got onions, lettuce, & tomato. The sandwich doesn’t come with that stuff & when I was asked again I simply told them “leave it plain.” I’m allergic to tomatoes, so I literally couldn’t eat the sandwich. I don’t know what’s happened to charley’s within the last couple of months, but this is the second consecutive time that this has happened & potentially the reason I stop coming.
