Dining Hall, Red River Dining Facility

This is honesty one of the better dfacs I've ate at. This chicken and spinach that I ate for lunch was phenomenal.

Amazing food at an amazing price! The service is always great when everyone is there and the atmosphere is calm and peaceful. A great place to relax and get some much needed energy back.

The Air Force and civilian staff were phenomenal!! Handling 44 AFJROTC cadets all at one time and making sure everyone was happy and ate well was amazing, they went beyond what was expected. Thank you so much for a great experience!!

Can you invest a bit more and get anything better than those cheap styryfoam ones? Any hot food will melt it and I don't want to eat styrofoam-infused omelette/fries. How about recyclable paper ones? A proper pizza box would be nice too but it might be a hard ask.(pizzas are tasty though!) Some dishes(especially veggies) sometimes come undercooked or too heavily spiced/salted I usually like the dfacs but I find this one to be below average

Always good salads. Fruit smoothies are a big plus! Staff are friendly! But the food is often recycled meals. Quite often the meat servings are dry and or ultra chewy. Dishes are often too expensive for the quality. I am always thankful for a meal but I wish what was served was more appealing and fresh like I've heard it once was before subcontracting started.
