Starbucks Coffee Company

I come here often and the employees know my order by heart and they also know my name without me even telling them. My drink is ALWAYS right and ALWAYS perfect and the staff is absolutely amazing and so sweet. I love coming here not just because I love coffee, but because I also enjoy the energy and vibes that all the employees have. They are very engaging and actually enjoy what they do as a job! The store is very clean as well and I have NEVER had any complaints. Definitely my favorite place to get a coffee! 💗

The staff that works at this location is absolutely wonderful and makes all of their customers feel so welcome. Kadance greets me with a smile every morning and it truly makes my day. They are all such hard workers and serve the Starbucks mission.

With chain coffee places, the bar get’s raised; It gets harder to separate the good from the great. This Starbucks has found a way to separate itself from the rest, not inly by providing excellent-crafted drinks and wraps, but by going above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of. Tayler took our order, and in my wife’s words: “Every Starbucks should have a Tayler”. She was patient, knowledgeable, and even gave us some fantastic recommendations (adding siracha to the spinach wrap was something I never knew I needed). It’s important to recognize people going above and beyond, and Tayler deserves all of the flowers! If we are ever back in Auburn again, we’ll be stopping by!

Why can’t the Auburn Starbucks get the drink consistently right? I order the same drink everyday. I’m going to stop wasting my money on this store. I go to Fort Wayne or another store it’s almost always better. Today was there and bought the same drink white chocolate mocha. It’s horrible! Nothing about is white mocha. I even had them put an extra pump of expresso in . No taste of expresso and white mocha. I’ve taken drinks back several times to this store. I’m am totally through with Auburn Starbucks. I really don’t know what happened to that store but it hasn’t been the same for awhile.

The morning shift is amazing and Mrs. Corey is a fabulous barista and leader. Stay away from the Auburn Starbucks after 8:30am. Those shifts are atrocious and there’s no sign of addressing speed, quality, and customer care. BEWARE! Only go if you have 45 minutes to spare.
