Starbucks Coffee Company

This Starbucks doesn't operate as the others do, they forego customer service for over priced coffee, to look for reasons NOT to serve you for what you paid for. Everytime I've gone here, I walked away because each time I am given a reason why they can't serve me. No ice, no water and now no coffee... What's the point of this Starbucks. FYI, refills at Shell station nearby does free refills or $0.78 depending on cup size. Go there instead, this place turns away paying customers and hides behind corporate rules... Which you have to look up on your own, they don't help with that either.

Stopped in to grab a flat white and iced soy latte as well as a brownie and slice of lemon loaf. My husband really liked the brownie which prompted me to take a bite. It was very delicious and not too sweet. I always get the lemon bread because it's so yummy. I wish that it could be a little more lemony. The store is big and has a lot of places, comfortable places to sit

I had ordered a venti size iced matcha latte with light iced and an extra espresso shot in it. But it obviously still a half cup of ice in the drink and definitely no espresso shot! Seems the employee was not care the customized part even you had payed for it. Next time I will check the order is totally right before I drive away. Hope it will not happen again!

So I order extra caramel for my Frappuccino and barely came out with the regular amount of caramel. if you’re paying almost 7 dollars for a coffee at the least you can do is put in a normal amount of caramel. Starbucks you suck and so do your prices
