Starbucks Coffee Company

I was brightly greeted by Salina at the register. Who was able to multitask and explain different Frappuccino mixes while giving me excellent customer service. I loved her smile and cheer!

I didn't actually go to Starbucks the other day I just went to Safeway but I have had coffee at that Starbucks and I did enjoy it. Now that Google has a you review any business around any parking lot you've ever been in it it can get quite daunting..

Went thru the drive thru to pick up a couple drinks for lunch. Friendly and clear greeting. Didn't have to wait ling, even with two vehicles ahead of me. They made one drink order a size larger, but had charged for the smaller. Thanks!! Drinks were as ordered and delicious. A very good experience today.

Yes it is Starbucks. However, it is in Safeway, and run by Safeway employees, with slightly higher prices. Service is often much slower than a corporate Starbucks, since usually it is only 1 or 2 employees, and if one goes on break the other is left alone, no matter how busy. Safeway does not provide coverage for staff on break. Also, drinks are more likely to be made incorrectly. The area for the line is cramped, near the entrance/exit and it is hard to Social Distance with all the foot traffic and carts. All that said, the location is convenient. They staff is usually very friendly, even when busy. Shout out to Michelle, she is the best. Like a corporate location, they do remember what people regularly order.
