Starbucks Coffee Company

The consistency of this Starbucks is awful. I rarely get a drink that I think is worth the price. They are always burning the milk in my hot lattes which makes it undrinkable. I have given them many chances and sadly I have only had one solid drink. Today I got a mocha breve, which should be a thick consistency and as you can see here, if you know coffee, the milk is thinned out due to overheating the half and half. My tongue is always getting burned which should not happen as well. Rated 1 star

Originally 3 stars, now 2 because I read through the new rewards program and basically earnings are being lowered across the board. It has “people weren’t buying enough of our expensive coffee so we removed the discounts so people have to pay full price for the expensive coffee” energy. What’s the goal? To win people back by giving them the privilege of working harder to get coffee? My Keurig is just fine, and if I want to treat myself I’ll go to 7 Brew. Original review… drinks are fine. The store ambience though is very meh and sometimes feels dirty, not like a place I'd come sit to work. Maybe there's just too much glass so it feels... exposed? Sterile? I miss when Starbucks felt homey, and this is perhaps the least homey of them all.

Nice place to have coffee and was not much busy. We had coffee around 9:00 am on our to Washington DC.

This experience wasn't that recent so maybe this isn't that helpful, and I'm sure this kind of thing can happen everywhere and maybe the barista was just having a bad day.... But this was some of the rudest, most hostile service I have ever experienced. I know it can be a stressful job (I've been a barista myself) but I was perfectly polite the whole time and do not know where this behavior was coming from.

No sure what her name (Noelle) is but the girl that takes my early morning orders is very polite and makes my coffee right every time. Thank you verymuch. You do a fantastic job! Thanks again!
