Starbucks

We ordered through the Starbucks app and chose door dash as the delivery option. We called this Starbucks prior to placing the order to make sure if we ordered delivery we could get the free red cups. We were assured all deliveries were receiving them correctly. We waited over an hour for the delivery for just a few blocks away. We were fine with that because we know they’re busy. We did not receive the free red cups. We called back and let them know and they said - oh that is a door dash issue. How is that a door dash issue when door dash does not prepare the drinks they just deliver them. We specifically ordered under the free red cup menu. We asked if we could have 2 cups set aside until we could pick them up on our lunch. We were told no. This was my first visit to this location — I decided to drive-thru to get my dog his first puppuccino after leaving his vet's office. He LOVED it! Thanks so much for making a good boy's day 💗 My iced white chocolate peppermint mocha was also delicious. The woman who took our order and served us was great. I wish we didn't live on the complete opposite end of town or I'd make this my regular coffee spot!

Love this location however their truck runs on a day though the week causing them to be out of almost everything on Saturdays (busiest time) and it makes it hard when you can only have specific things. Almost always my coffee is made to perfection, however, there have been times where they forgot to add ingredients to my drink and it was lacking. Hit or miss but I'll never stop going 🤪

Definitely NOT the best Starbucks but once in a blue moon you get a good cup of coffee. Had issues getting my order right but don't act like it's my fault you put it in the computer incorrectly, I was clear about what I requested. I won't go back. BTW, STARTED WITH $20.25 LEFT WITH $18.10 AFTER A REFUND.....HMMMMMM THIEVES. GO TO CATHEDRAL CAFE IN FAYETTEVILLE OR PISTOS COFFEE SHOP IN OAK HILL

This place lacks efficiency. Yes it’s busy but I even counted how many cars were in the drive thru to see which one is quicker. Apparently drive thru plus the three new cars that appeared after. Sucks that there isn’t a local coffee shop nearby on this side of the river to give my business to.
