Starbucks

Going through the drive through, there was no wait in line to get the hot specialty coffee. They do have the famous tip jar waiting for you at the window which I never understood, because tips are supposed to be more geared for table service above expectations, not picking up a drink in the drive through.

It was my first time coming in this location with my mom this morning of September 30th. I do not remember names, but the gentleman who took our order was friendly and made sure our order was correct. My mom got the potato egg bites and a black and white coffee, which she enjoyed. I got a hot foam protein matcha and a spinach egg white feta wrap. At no fault of the store, I did not like my drink, but the wrap was delicious. I went up to order a new drink where my mom told the women at the register I hadn't enjoyed the previous drink. I instead got a iced sugar free vanilla latte, which I liked very much. The woman was very nice and friendly and replaced my drink at no charge, although we were going to pay for a new drink! Very good customer service!

Save yourself 30 minutes of waiting and just go to the one inside of Kroger. This is not a one-time issue either. This is an everyday occurrence and The only reason I keep coming here is because I don't feel like changing out of my pajamas and getting my toddler out of the car. I guess I just need to get dressed and actually go in to Kroger when I want coffee next time. Also editing just to add that we only ever order two normal menu drinks. Not a huge order, and not anything fancy.

I should not feel left out of a place I always go to because of how one person feels about my race. I felt beyond disrespected today. Kevin walked off while I was in the middle of speaking with him about my experience and started talking to someone else and close the drive thru window on me. Worst experience I have ever had at any Starbucks. I have never had a bad experience at Starbucks. I go here at least 2-3 times a day. And to be disrespected like that makes me feel like I will not get the same respect as anybody else nor will I get the same service . I have even ordered something with a custom cup and they did not take it and switch it out they said “well we already put it in this cup” . Then what is point of me bringing my own . You’re basically saving cups when we bring our own cup.

Recommendation for a better local coffee spot: Cafe Vignette 107 Sandy Pointe Drive, Bonaire, GA 31005 They do AMAZING chai, energy drinks and Frappes. It is a little further than this location, but they NEVER disappoint me. I have been going there for well over a year, and the service is fantastic. This location used to my favorite out of all local starbucks locations, however I dont know whats going on with you guys recently. For the past few months, every time we have ordered a frappe, it is extremely disappointing. The drink lackd flavor, it tastes like they only add milk and ice. I taste very little sweetness or caramel. The Chai wasnt bad, it did have a lot of cinnamon. The white chocolate mocha is usually a good pick. I hate feeling like im gambling with my money every time I buy
