Starbucks

The two waitresses in the morning are only care about continuing small talk with each other in their own language, no smile on the face and very sloppy attitude. I ordered a chestnut praline latte and it doesn’t looks like the picture at all, they gave very little amount of cream and come with a lid. The picture doesn’t come with a lid though! I have a picture that my friend ordered from the other Starbucks store and the other one is mine, hers’ looks like more authentic and mine looks like a fake one.

I have ordered the Salted Caramel Cold Foam Cold Brew from nearly all of the Boise and Meridian locations, yet this location knocks it out of the park every single time. I was on my way home today from a Meridian Starbucks location only to be disappointed yet again that after remaking my drink twice, the drink was STILL not what I wanted. I called the Lake Hazel location to see if they could remake it for me since they were closer to my home(which I expected to be a minor conflict since they weren’t the ones to screw it up in the first place), and they didn’t bat an eye. I brought the original drink with me to show them, and they even mentioned how the drink looked incorrect. I order a pineapple refresher here and I asked for extra ice and blended. Not only did they charge extra 75 cents compare to other locations they didn’t make it right. The drink tastes horrible, watered down and melted within seconds. And the girls working behind the counter are super rude, and not friendly. They couldn’t care less about making your drink right. So disappointed and so so overpriced. And YES I WAS OVER charged. Even though the girl RUDELY told me I wasn’t

You guys save yourself the trouble. These girls In here are so rude. They care more about talking to friends at the pickup counter than taking an order of a paying customer. I literally stood for 5 mins being ignored. No other customers. Then I had to ask to order. The one girl rolled her eyes. Like I was such an inconvenience to even be ordering. Sad because I love starbucks , but I won't be back to be treated like dirt. 😕

The people here were super nice and helpful! I ordered the ultra caramel grande frappe and it was exactly as advertised. The price was alright. My girlfriend was able to “try” and new vegan drink they had but ended up really not liking it so they gave her the option of just having them make her a new drink and that’s what we did. She ended up just getting a tall mocha but overall they were good people and made us feel cared about :)
