Cloud Cakes

Cloud Cakes made me a cake person!! They did an incredible job with our wedding cake, and since then, we order from them for any occasion; birthday, gender reveal, Valentine’s Day, etc. They do an amazing job with specific requests, and I’m always blown away. Would never trust anywhere else, can’t get any better than here. Truly the best place for any dessert ❤️

Adorable little food truck. I got the banana bread, carrot cake, and blueberry cupcakes. They’re fantastic! Very light, moist, and flavorful without being too sweet. Just the right amount of frosting. They’re perfect. Fast service with a smile. Can’t beat that. The cupcakes are $4 a piece and she has a deal for 4 cupcakes and 2 cookies or brownies for $20. If I lived anywhere near Boise, I’d be here regularly.

I walked up with the intention of only buying two cupcakes for my kiddos, and left with four. I intended to take pictures, and I intended to leave one for the morning, but we ate them all… so good! My favorite was actually the vanilla cupcake. It had a surprisingly complex flavor, and was dangerously tasty. My boys loved the blueberry and strawberry ones especially. The cake itself was moist, and each had a tasty filling like blueberry jam. Their banana cream one was excellent. I had a brief conversation with them about their truck, and the owners are awesome. I’m excited to see them grow. Definitely give these a try if you see them!

This was our 2nd order from Cloud Cakes and the Thai Tea cake did not disappoint! The cake was light, fluffy, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. We highly recommend Cloud Cakes to anyone needing a sweet treat!

I’ve had the privilege of trying a few options from Cloud Cakes- all of which are nothing short of amazing! The blueberry cupcakes are divine, with the perfect balance of creamy frosting and fresh berries, both inside and a top the dessert. They are sweet, but not too sweet; spongy, but not squashy. These might just be the epitome of summer. The brownies might be among the best I’ve ever had. Perfect density. Perfect flavor. Sweet, but not overwhelmingly so. It seems cliché to rave so highly over a brownie. But seriously: so dang good! And then my favorite: the banana bread cupcakes. The only thing better than the cupcakes themselves is the buttery frosting and the fresh banana on top.
