Glutonia's bread delivery and in store items are both amazing. I've been signed up for their at home bread delivery for about six months now and I look forward to the weekly delivery each week. I recently had the opportunity to stop by their storefront and there's so many delicious options, from pasties, light sandwiches to baguettes and loaves of sourdough. Glutonia is located in a great new and up and coming neighborhood of Boise.

The sourdough bread is the best bread I have ever had! The crunchy exterior and the luxurious center, it just perfection! It is so good that when you go for a slice, you grab another, then another, then another, and before you realize, its gone and you've just eaten a whole loaf at once!

Visited Glutonia on a Friday for the soup and bread. The cup of soup was the perfect amount with a generous chunk of baguette. The only seating is outside but the sun was out making it comfortable to sit outside. On other visits I have tried the yummy pastries. Flaky goodness. I also helped pick up a large baguette order that had the most delicious garlic butter spread applied. Highly recommend this for an occasion that requires garlic bread. They were also kind and provided a sample at pick up to keep me from succumbing to the wonderful, garlic and fresh bread smells. Get in there and enjoy the creations!

The bread here is top notch as are the pastries. The soup they serve (with bread, of course!) is also delicious. I make my own bread at home, so I’m picky and I have no hesitation in recommending their bread and come here myself for baguettes since I haven’t yet mastered those. The owners are also amazingly nice. Nicer than the bread, if that’s possible!

Holy freakin moly. This has quickly become my favorite spot in the treasure valley. Highly recommend to anyone who appreciates thoughtfully made baked goods made with real ingredients by really nice people!! The bread and the pastries are seriously what dreams are made of. Thank you.
