10 out of 10 Matthew made me a pumpkin spice and it was just amazing will made not to over powering just right the ms.pate was amazing as will her service was amazing they need a raise asap this is now my go to Starbucks I'll drive the 30 minute out of my way to go here.

Quite possibly the friendliest staff in all of Metro Detroit. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy and it can get quite busy at times, they never miss a beat and the wait is never that long. Huge spaces for meetings and to sit down, and when the weather is nice, you can sit outside as well. This location is always quite clean and just completed a major renovation so it’s brand new. 5 stars in my book and it’s a regular stop in the morning and afternoon for me.

This Starbucks reserve bar is practically considered my office at this point. I have probably been to this location a few hundred times. Not your average around the corner Starbucks. Their staff is amazing, and so personable, I know all of their names as they do mine. My absolute favorite barista is Deja, such a sweetheart, so personable, I have had I don’t even know how many conversations with her. She’s recommended so many things I’ve tried and keeps me updated with when she’s working! They are very personable, and provide good hospitality with mugs and trays for their food and drinks they offer that not every Starbucks offers. I added a couple dozen photos from my experiences, I recommend the toffee hazelnut iced latte with oat milk, my number one favorite drink I’ve ever had here! High

The food is the same at all locations so the fact that I rated it highly isn’t relatable. First of all, the person taking my order at the counter had the personality of a rock. At the end of the order, I asked them to repeat themselves and they just gave me a neutral face and didn’t repeat themselves. Second, it’s pretty disappointing that this location is no longer a reserve bar. Several years back, I used to come in here and order coffee drinks you can’t get at normal Starbucks and now they no longer have those drinks, or offer the reserve coffees. Third, this location is now just seems dirty due to all the kids that go in there and probably spill their drinks. The table I was sitting at was very sticky. It was gross. The Starbucks experience that you used to get is just completely gone

Oct 15, 2017 While I don't actually have a baseline for a high-end coffee shop to compare this to yet, the experience exceeded expectations. The baristas were very friendly. Brooke, in particular, beautifully showcased the siphon method of brewing (as well as the pour over); she was very knowledgeable of the product and of the brewing methods, and she was a delight the whole time! Ashley, too, was very polite and friendly. Overall, the coffee was delicious, the space was clean, the staff was professional, and the experience was invigorating (that may also be due to the caffeine). Thanks, Starbucks Reserve Birmingham.
