Star Motel

They would get zero stars from me if it were an option. When we called to get prices it was around 80. When we pulled in my boyfriend went in and the man kept peeping out the window at me. Very creepy! They gave a price of like 20 bucks more and whrn we told the lady the man in the phone told us 80. She says this is the price and no refund. I didn't want to stay but we were traveling and couldn't find any available rooms anywhere else. So we stayed. Very creepy man there and the woman is very rude. The tvs are out dated. The bathrooms look like your going to get some kind of infection. Starting in our car in the walmart parking lot would have been a better option. Hands down the worst hotel I've ever been been too.

Zero stars. 1 nights start cost $102 paid in cash. After calling them 3 times the man finally gave us a price after refusing to give a price over the phone. Which the price over the phone was $81 plus tax. Didn’t know Alabama had 20% tax. But when asked, it was for a key deposit and room deposit, but we paid cash. When leaving in the morning asked about the key refund and was told that since we asked for an extra blanket and pillow that covered the charge for that. Walmart blankets and pillows have really gone up in price. And lastly others have said, Bates Motel and they are right. Right behind our room, room 4 was 4 coffins. Doesn’t matter if it’s the business next to me. I think I would ask them to at least not put their coffins behind my Motel. Stay away, not worth any amount of money.

Roach motel which was overpriced at $45! But being 4th of July weekend, was $85! The owner insisted we clean our own room, strip beds, take out garbage and vacuum! WTH?

Horrible, from the rooms to the owners. We were here for a week and in that time the lady watches everything you do, they dont supply anything to include tolit paper and towls. Forget about hooking up anything of your own like an xbox the lady yells at you for using the electricity, she also comes into the room while your gone to ensure everything is shut off like the air conditioner, you are to only have it on while in the room. The best part is an electrical plug went bad and she charged me to have the electrician fix it. Only thing provided is an old microwave and tv.

BEWARE KEEP TRUCKING!!! If your looking to stay at a very poor service & quality motel this is the perfect place. NO toiletries, soap, or towels provided. Motel management very rude & inappropriate. All the bad reviews are true. Place needs to be closed down!
