Bay Minette Public Library

They are always so nice and helpful and they have a huge selection of books to buy upstairs. A bag of books is $1 or they sell them individually. They allow you to bring your own bag not sure if it's only grocery bags or if they allow totes I forgot to ask.

Very nice gun and history display, ease of computer access and a nice kids room. I would like to say that the philosophy and religion sections are a bit lacking, however. Not bad, though. EDIT: what I sought was in the Ref. Area. My bad!

This is the best place to find anything you want to know about the county seat of Baldwin County, and to access the internet if you have need to. Otherwise, it's a basic library, with excellent service and awesome people working there. Totally recommend this library to everyone. Oh, and they also have the cleanest toilet facilities in the city. Personal opinion.

Joanna the director has always done an exceptional job with the library. It's a vital part of the community and is well supported. Today was a swap plants day with a wonderful demonstration event where you could bring plants and trade with other people. Events such as this are common place at this outstanding community resource!!

I thought/believed any library was a QUIET place to get work requiring focus done. Didn't know this place allows loud conversation, watching movies on a cell phone with audible sound...NO Ear buds! The director herself made me move all my materials to another room...still no Quiet Please observed. Guess different rules apply to different people. Sad to find use of the library IS NOT an option.
