The Stagecoach Inn is a truly lovely experience, from the moment you pull onto the property. We were welcomed by the new owner herself, and treated warmly by every one we met. The food is absolutely remarkable. I enjoyed the duck and a very craft cocktail. Each of our meals were cooked to perfection, with presentation to match. The decoration was so tailored to the charm of the Adirondack’s and the history of Lake Placid. I will certainly be back, a very worthy Lake Placid stop.
Looks like they deleted my last review which is quite unethical if you ask me. But the restaurant was overpriced and terrible and the owner was so petty to respond and remove my review. The owner needs to learn how to take criticism on the food and not pay to remove reviews! Can’t speak on the hotel
