Enuf Pastry & Cheese

We hired Enuf Chocolates as our wedding dessert baker for our microwedding. The bakery was recommended by our reception venue, Smoke Signals. Late last year we were in town and stopped in the bakery and asked if they'd be willing to do something a little different than the typical wedding cake. We wanted mini-tiramisus for our guests and a big tiramisu for us. Rene was delighted by the request and welcomed the break from all the wedding cakes. She delivered the tiramisus and set-up a beautiful display of them on wood stumps and she brought in some gold heart decor and greenery. Oh, my! What an awesome little place. We stopped in when visiting Lake Placid and enjoyed a delicious special of the day - Turkey and cheese on a pretzel baguette - and a smoked sausage roll. Both were excellent! The people working and baking were so friendly and patient with our questions and selections. The pastries were delicious as well. The only drawback was the lack of seating (although they worked to make sure we had a place to sit) so be prepared to take your food with you. It's worth it!! What it lacks in size it makes up for in taste! If we lived there, we would probably stop in every day!

This hidden gem is an amazing place. The staff is very very nice and well spoken and so welcoming. The pastries were great. I got Apple, cinnamon bun with frosting on it. It was delicious. I got macaroon - all the flavors were great. Chocolate was melting in the mouth, blueberry was so flavorful and strawberry was divine. They have huge collection of jams, syrups and honey. And many other kinds of desserts and breads and very beautiful looking chocolates.
