Overall: moist flavorful and great deal for the price! All 5 in our group agreed they’d return. Brisket 4/5 - flavorful, fork tender, not too fatty. Luke warm was the only critique. Turkey 5/5 - very moist, with a subtle but not overpowering smoke flavor. Pulled pork 4.5/5 - delicious. Good balance of sweet, smoky, and salty. Mac-N-Cheese 3.5/5 - good, not great. Good flavor, not too cheesy or too watery. Coleslaw 5/5 - great flavor, lot of sauce (mayo based), no raisins. Tater-tots 5/5 - crispy, salty, no complaints Rolls 3/5 - as prior review noted, they taste like Safeway rolls. Nothing special or remarkable. Sauces 4/5 - original and sweet. Didn’t try spicy. Good flavor. Not a standout but certainly good.

Food was delicious, The service was incredibly helpful and kind. They even gifted my girls two chocolate milks to take home. Try them out!

So happy we have a BBQ spot here in Placerville worth mentioning. Awesome customer service. Very good food. I had the Brisket Boss.... Amazing!!
