St. James Hotel

This hotel was exactly what we were looking for and by far the most affordable price in town for the quality. It was spotless and the heat and air worked great. Darla the owner was incredibly helpful and answered all of our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room had a great kitchenette with plenty of dishes and supplies but there is also a common kitchen area with a stove and Darla stocks that fridge with fruit and milk and orange juice and bagels etc…parking was easy, door codes worked great, neighbors were awesome and we didn’t have to do anything at all for checkout, it was so lowkey. We were in suite 201 and the views were beautiful and the hotel is just a block away from Main Street. We were able to walk anywhere in town within minutes. It’s a gem.

We had a lovely time at the St. James Georgetown Hotel. The hotel was very easily located, with clear instructions for check-in and check-out. It was super cozy with lovely details, and we loved our room - it was very tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Darla was easily accessible for any questions or if we needed help with any amenities. We absolutely loved the self-serve kitchen. It was very well stocked for guests, and for a small space was super well stocked with all amenities. We, along with other guests, were able to make our own meals there (breakfast was hugely helped by the available selection). We were about 20mns away from Loveland and it was a very easy ride for skiing. When a winter storm hit and made it difficult for us to depart on our check out day Darla tried to hel

We had such a memorable experience staying in this historic hotel a few months ago. The moment you walk through the door it beckons you to take a step back in time, and you begin to imagine how it looked & felt back in the day when this eclectic building was first built. The decor & furnishings are simply awesome, and they blend right in to the timeless atmosphere of this unique place. The carpentry work & unique craftsmanship is second to none, plus the bedrooms/ bathrooms and other spaces have been comfortably and tastefully updated as well. It all adds up to a beautiful experience all around...we will definitely make this our vacation destination place-to-stay next time we are in Georgetown again!

My partner and I stayed only 1 night for my birthday weekend this past week. such a quaint little place. Darla does an amazing job and all the little home touches makes it seem like you are in her home. We felt safe and secure and cared for. The comfortable beds and newly remodeled room and bathroom were perfect. I loved the claw foot tub! It was quiet, too, even with others in the room behind us and upstairs. Everyone was respectful of others. Additionally, having use of a fully stocked kitchen (where everyone cleans up after themselves) was so impressive and made the trip that much better. Very cute, they had stocked breakfast, very clean and comfortable! Easy check in process. Nice bathroom and shower. Will definitely stay again!
