Rose Street Bed & Breakfast

I booked a reservation for this place based on good reviews. When I arrived I was told that my reservation had been cancelled because my credit card had been declined. That sounded fishy to me, as I had used that card numerous times before reaching there and I was also able to use it many times after this incident with no problem with any declines any other place. The person who I finally was able to get to come to the door was rather rude I thought and they said they could not accommodate me, even though I never saw another person there. Maybe they have limited capacity, but even though they suggested another hotel, I thought they could have been more help in getting me relocated. I don't think they even tried to run my card again and didn't contact me to get another credit card to u

Lovely experience overall! My daughter and I spent one night in the Red Mountain Suite. We were so comfortable that I don’t think either of us moved all night. Jaime’s breakfast and conversation were both superb. Only regret is that we weren’t able to stay longer. I look forward to another stay in this charming, hospitable BNB.

This was an amazing stay! The bed was so comfortable, a dream after a full day of skiing. The breakfast that Jami prepared and served at our requested time was the perfect thing to help us get to the slope quickly and stay fueled. Thank you Jami for such a great stay!

Possibly the best B&B we've been to in the USA. We booked the Red Mountain suite which was perfect for our ten night stay. We had ten different breakfasts lovingly prepared by our host Jaime at 7am every morning. The early start suited us because we were mountain biking most days and would be back by 4pm. We enjoyed the daily sweet treats and the 24x7 tea and coffee. It took us a few days to settle and sleep well because we travelled from Europe, as the trucks engine braking on the interstate were noticeable during the night. Other than that the location is perfect for near sea level dwellers to start their ventures into the Rocky Mountains. This was our first experience staying in Georgetown and we picked Rose Street B&B because of its proximity to old downtown Georgetown, it's price per night and the pictures we saw online. We were not disappointed! In fact we had an awesome stay. Justin and Jamie were fantastic hosts. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. We stayed in the Fall River Room. Breakfast each morning was prepared fresh and at the time we requested. Breakfast was delicious and presented beautifully. Coffee was fresh and each day there were homemade snacks along with hot or cold beverages if wanted. You could make yourself at home in multiple rooms like the reading room that also feature a vintage record player with some vintage vinyl and books in case you forgot one.
