Spritz City Bistro

This place was amazing. The food was wonderful and the service was excellent. You could tell the staff cred about the customers. I would recommend the hibiscus drink. I couldn't decide on what I was having and the choice was excellent. My whole table ended up getting it as it was not only beautiful but the taste was a real winner. The short rib lollipops were uniquely delicious and the fish and chips were perfect. I will definetly go there again and would recommend anyone going through Jensen Beach to stop in. By the way, I am not a coleslaw fan but theirs is absolutely worth getting!!

We were there for a San Valentín date, and everything was as expected from our previous visit; my only complaint was that the steak wasn't cooked well done, as requested. I am very worried about bloody meat, and the portion close to the bone was totally red. I did not eat that area. Even when the waitress asked us multiple times if everything was Ok, I did not want to send it back, since I was already full by the time I reached the uncooked portion. I know a place like that wouldn't have any issues completing the cooking process, but I have reservations about sending food back to the kitchen. The date with my wife was too good to be spoiled by that little detail. Just for your information, and if you are like me when it comes to eating well-done steak, the cut was a Kansas City steak. Had such a great experience here! The bar staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was exactly what you want for a relaxing night out. We started with the chips and guac, super fresh and flavorful and dinner was the salmon, perfectly cooked and delicious. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!

Rio was our tender, and he elevated the night for us. The drinks he made were perfection, and he we loved his customer service: attentive but not pushy. Thanks for making our time in Stuart amazing!
