Sprinkles and More

During one visit, I saw a rat inside the shop, which was extremely concerning. The ice cream had obvious freezer burn, the soft serve was almost grainy in texture, and the milkshake had chunks of something in it that shouldn’t have been there. The bananas available were completely black, and overall the place just didn’t feel clean or well maintained. This doesn’t feel like a one-off mistake—it comes across as a management issue, with improper cleaning standards and a lack of proper staff training. Food service requires attention to detail and cleanliness, and unfortunately that was missing here.

The atmosphere was nice and classic. I got a banana split. It was $7.50 which is expensive but so what. The issue I had was that basically the server didn’t know how to make one. Firstly, the banana was not split (cut it lengthwise and put one part in front and the other to the back of the container) but instead was just off to one side of the plastic container. Secondly, and most importantly, the scoops were very very small (three bites at most), they were basically just an incomplete small curl of ice cream with a hollow center. They were not solid scoops. Thirdly, the server didn’t put on whipped cream or cherries.... I guess, in addition to those key elements the container was about 4” too long, which made this undersized banana split seem even smaller. While Guernsey Crest Creamery

This is my second time at Sprinkles and I have been delighted both times and greeted by the respectful staff. The young lady working has the biggest smile on her face while scooping and is very generous. She has such positive energy which makes me want to come back!! Amazing ice cream!!

Used to love coming here. The ice cream is great but the fact that they only give you the smallest serving for five dollars. Used to be three swirls on the small now this is a flat pancake.

Nice 🍦 shop in town. They charge by the serving format rather than the scoop count. Example: A sugar waffle is gonna get you 3 scoops of icecream etc
