Rispoli’s Pastry Shop (Hawthorne)

The best bakery with the best pastries, cakes and cookies. The service is excellent. We ordered cookie and pastries to send out and it was there the same day! The receiver was thrilled and couldn’t believe how delicious the pastries were. We never shop anywhere else for the delicious treats found at Rispoli’s, especially the lobster tails! You must try it. I highly recommend Rispoli’s Pastry Shop Hawthorne. The staff especially Rose is incredibly friendly and helpful, providing recommendations and making the ordering process smooth and pleasant. I have ordered many delicious beautiful speciality cakes and Italian pastries from here throughout the years for events and holidays. One of my favorite cake flavors is mascarpone cheese with raspberry filling. The lobster tails are also incredible! Everything is baked fresh! I encourage others to try the bakery's offerings.

I've been a long time customer of their Ridgefield location but recently visited the Hawthorne shop and had a great experience. The service was unmatched by Rose so I had to leave a review - you just don't find people like her these days. I unknowingly showed up a little before their posted operating hours NEEDING fresh cannolis for a tough hospital visit later that day. Rose could have told me to come back at 9am when they opened but instead took care of me above and beyond! She mad a tough morning so much better. If you see this Rose, THANK YOU!!! Place was spotless, pastries were spot on and the coffee was DELICIOUS!

My husband and I stopped at Rispoli Bakery in Hawthorne on Christmas Eve morning to pick up pastries, and even though there was a two-hour wait, I have to say they were completely prepared and incredibly organized. They used a ticket number system that moved smoothly, and I was able to relax and enjoy a great cup of coffee while I waited😉 When our number was called, we were greeted by the amazing Grandma Rose and let me tell you, she is truly the heart and soul of the bakery. She keeps everything moving with humor, warmth, and incredible energy. While filling orders, she called out, “Fresh out of the oven, fresh bread!” and you could feel the love she puts into the place. My wife and I used Rispoli Pastry Shop for our wedding cake and pastry board, and they absolutely blew us away! From the very beginning, Rose and the entire staff were so kind, helpful, and easy to work with. They even matched our wedding colors perfectly, and the result far exceeded our expectations. Everything looked stunning and tasted even better. The cannoli cake with fresh strawberries was a huge hit — nearly every guest told us it was one of the best cakes they’ve ever had (and we completely agree!). It was light, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The pastry board was also gorgeous and delicious — a true showstopper that guests are still talking about.
