Spring Kitchen - Maple Valley

Spring Kitchen in Maple Valley is amazing! Their pho is absolutely flavorful and comforting—hands down some of the best I’ve had. The portions are generous, and the wait staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. A perfect spot for a delicious, satisfying meal!

I let a lady put my Egg Flour soup in a leftover container for me. She took it to the back so I didn’t see her box it. I was not sent home with my soup. I’m positive. If you go here do not let them box your food. Also- are they serving leftovers to the public? I won’t go here again. So disappointing.

This is a pretty average place with Decent food. Everything seemed clean. The staff was a little inattentive and Forgot a Request for a sauce. We might stop again going through Maple Valley

WOW! This place is absolutely astonishing. My go-to place whenever I’m craving Vietnamese cuisine. I deeply recommend their beef pho alongside with their spring rolls. The restaurant has a nice ambience and the food itself is nice.

My wife is Vietnamese and we are extremely picky with Vietnamese food. Ever since we moved to maple valley, we’re hesitant about coming here. At one point, we were too busy to cook dinner and got tired of all the pizzas, so we decided to check out Spring Kitchen. Surprisingly, all of our dishes were delicious. overall experience- fast and friendly service, clean facility, and love their crispy fried chicken. that is a must. WARNING: its covered in garlic, so do not try to kiss your date afterward. 😂 other dishes to try out: lemongrass beef and grilled pork rice plate. 🤤
