Rainier Valley Coffee

I came here almost every day for about a year while working in Maple Valley. It was always quick and consistent, and my drink was always made right. The staff was friendly, and it became a reliable stop in my routine

Absolutely LOVE this stand (and the baristas) they are always SO friendly and attentive. I appreciate the fun monthly drinks too. Wish there was one closer to my house but it's worth the drive!!!

I have been a customer and broughten my family to do business with rvc, been a loyal customer for over 10 years. Molly who works there today around 1pm refused me service because she can’t make a London fog. Giving me prejudice because I have kindly mentioned to Jess and the other girls that she makes it incorrectly. I have never had that experience in my life and for her to be unwilling to try to make the drink or even offer something else was shocking to me. I’ve never been refused any business anywhere in my life. I’m disappointed in how I was treated and mind you I been nothing but kind and respectful. Very disappointed in Molly and how I was rudely treated today.

Quick service, great drinks, and super friendly baristas! Edit ~1 year later: I was in town for a week and got 4 coffees here. Would’ve been 5 if there hadn’t been winter weather causing issues for them when we stopped by on our last day! The coffee is great, but the convenient location and fantastic baristas really keep us coming back. Such a lovely little place—I don’t think I’ll ever pass up an opportunity to come here. :-)

We ordered The Rainier coffee(hot) and 100% I could say that it’s just milk and out of the two promised syrups there is neither coconut nor vanilla nor espresso shot in it. I echo with other reviewers who told coffee is just milk. I had been to other Rainier valley coffee and it’s not awful like this. I had been to at least 150+ coffee shops in PNW and could say it’s just milk only. I feel betrayed when there was no syrup at all. Why are the baristas doing it to many people?(as per the recent reviews) intentional ? Carelessness? If you’re the manager/owner of the Rainier valley coffee - please train your baristas to do a better job. I never leave a one star review unless it’s so terribly bad. I still wonder how it got 4.9 reviews Our another order was Latté and it was okayish and absolutel
