Ella was the only one in the cafe at the time so I worried she might be too busy, but she was so sweet and friendly and ran the counter and the drive through window really well!! I'm glad I got to talk to her and she helped to find me a tasty drink that worked with my dietary needs! The Retrograde made with Italian soda instead of energy drink is SO good!!!

This is what I ordered on DoorDash. I did ask for LIGHT caramel drizzle in a custom note if it was available. Why my drink was 1/4 caramel disappoints me greatly. Gravity has no care for customers requests.

This place has gotten worse. We moved to MV 4 years ago and this is not how it was. The team just feels off and not inviting. I’m not expecting Dutch bro vibes but if someone is paying $7+ for one drink, at least show a smile and ask how my day is. I can tell retention is low at this place given the attitude these employees give. Also, I understand inflation but WTH - $4.75 for a basic americano with no flavoring. Once you add that, it’s up to $7+. I just hope they do a better job at the other Gravity down the road because I will not go to this one any longer (if and when I decide to spend $7 on another AMERICANO).

Stay away from the smoothies. I can safely say this was the worst tasting smoothie me and my wife have ever had. We both got plain strawberry smoothies and the first sip we both looked at each other about to puke. No joke there isn’t even .01 percent strawberry in this. Straight up peptobismol cough syrup flavor. Shaving price for real fruit smoothies is a horrible corporate mistake.
