Spring Garden Restaurant

We don't eat here often as we are from out of town but I always leave here satisfied. They have tons of options available and the prices are reasonable especially considering the portions. I ordered Chicken Parmesan and it did not disappoint. It could have had some more Italian flavor which is why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 but it with the salad it came with ended up being two meals. My husband got the 1/2 chicken and he said it was good, a tad bit overdone, but tasty. He got three meals out of his. I love that they deliver rolls and crackers with the salad. Other restaurants don't do that any longer. The service was excellent! The waitress kept our drinks full and checked on us at all the appropriate times. You can tell she was a pro. Want to send a shout out to Spring Garden Restaurant, Taylorville, had late breakfast there today. The food and service is always great. And clean. The people are super nice, and I love their food. Recommend it!

A well-done diner, easy to get to because it's off the main road near the edge of town. Friendly service and great food choices. They serve breakfast all day, along with other typical American diner foods. Good portion sizes and reasonably priced. Would definitely go back again.

First visit here and we were quite satisfied. The service/waitress was great and the food was so delicious. We were completely satisfied and will definitely be back next time we're in the area.

We love to search off beat small town places to eat and this place was Hoppin’ full of cars so we stopped for breakfast to find inside was NOT that busy. We got our food fast with great friendly hometown style and conversation! Love the food, sweet people, eggs waffle, fresh cut fruit and pancakes all a delightful flavor!
