The food is always decent but you can never get a hold of them on the phone I guess they expect everyone to order online. I gave up trying to get food from there it's sad when people can't even answer the phone to a business. If I owned that place they would be getting fired. It's costing the company a lot of money and pissing a lot of people off. 8 miss pizza hut
Ordered a Pizza with ABSOLUTELY NO ONIONS, for my husband is HIGHLY ALLERGIC. Got it and it has onions on it called the store and the girl named Sarah was very RUID and tried to tell me they made it right. I will never order from them ever again. So Glad we have A Papa John's now and Pizza Hut in Pana
Never have I ever had any bad experience with them. I've always had great service and the food has always been hot when I order delivery from them. The employees are polite and delivery drivers are always quick with delivery. Keep up the great work guys!
I MADE THE MISTAKE! I put the wrong suffix on my address. The driver was on the OPPOSITE of towN, looking for a house that didn't exist. They were polite, and understanding, and pleasant, and my food was STILL Hot!!! Thanks for the great service from the delivery person, sorry I didn't get your name, but Thank you for making me feel less of a fool, and delivering delicious food! EDITED TO ADD, this was at 12:30 a.m., when most people would be emotionally spent with my ignorance!
Our order was prepared as instructed. There was great attention to detail. Nothing was forgotten during delivery. Delivery was not only prompt; it was early. Our custom order was hot, fresh, and quick.
