Found my new favorite local spot to eat and get work done! Everything here is not only delicious but also healthy—a rare combo. The peaceful atmosphere is ideal for getting some computer work done, and the menu? Totally gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free!
I truly enjoyed every part about the experience I had at Sprigs ‘n Blooms! I started by ordering a the Eden Elicser juice, which was very light and refreshing! And followed it up with the Salad, it was so delicious I would definitely order again! I ended my visit with a chocolate chip cookie!! (Pictured in the cutest packaging) So beyond amazing! Everyone was so kind and caring! Cannot wait for my next visit!
Love this atmosphere! Clean look with beautiful earthy tones. Perfect for work or meeting up for coffee with a friend. As someone who has trouble finding something I can actually eat when going out- the menu is perfect! Lots of gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free options!

Everything is GF, DF & refined sugar free so you know you’re getting something good! The avocado toast is my personal favorite, 10/10 recommend :)
