Spoonbar

Although the presentation is nice, the unifying theory of pretty much everything from starters through to mains, was lack of flavor. I’m not a heavy salt user (that’s the Mrs. and she wasn’t even present) and I appreciate subtle flavors, but pretty much everything lacked umami. Although the duck confit portion of my dish was done well, the vegetable medley it was served with was bland, and the kabocha squash was almost raw. The ahi tartare was served with severely underripe avocado and also was very devoid of flavor. That being said, my mother did like her halibut dish, and the steak frites was solid. Service was good but I can’t recommend if you are looking for a satisfying dining experience. Better options exist.

It was my first time here and just stopped by for a few drinks and I loved it. The bar tenders were friendly and the espresso martini was the best I've had. Cant wait to come back to try the food.

Wife and I had a very enjoyable meal. Modern, clean and dimly lit inside. Very cool bar overlooking the street! We opted to eat out back in the courtyard, due to perfect weather and had the space to ourselves majority of the night. Portions were very large and each dish was perfectly cooked. Roasted chicken breast and thigh were incredibly tender, wish there was more of the corn, beans and bacon underneath. Pork chop was also perfectly cooked, we devoured both dishes. We each enjoyed a glass of wine, cant comment too much on the list because we didnt look so closely this time. Servers were very attentive. Good value, not overly complicated food menu, high recommend.

We’ve been here twice in the past two weeks over the holidays. The spoonbar restaurant is just wonderful. From the hostesses who greeted us to the wait staff and of course to the folks in back making all the food. It’s all great. Definitely worth a meal when you’re in Healdsburg.

My husband and I went here for dinner. Beautiful atmosphere, full bar, great service, and terrific food! Bella was our server and she was absolutely fantastic! So friendly , genuine and had a great reccomendation of the steak. Oscar another server was very friendly as well. We will be back for sure & cannot wait to bring our family & friends with us.
