We are so lucky to have this independent bakery (and more). The baked goods are indulgent and addictively delicious. The breakfast and lunch specials keep me excited to return. The decor is casual and cozy. The staff are kind and welcoming. I'm always happy I stopped in. This picture does not do the corned beef special justice. It is massive!

We discovered this place on gmaps, the highest rated in the area, and it doesn’t disappoint. Breakfast is awesome and the baked goods are amazing, all made on site!! Come by and say hi to Marlo and Ali, totally worth the stop.

Stopped here before going through the canyon to South Lake Tahoe and they were so hospitable! The dining area was very cozy and quaint. The breakfast burritos were also delicious!

Breakfast burrito was delicious and easy to share for the lighter eaters. Berry and apple pies are perfectly prepared with just the right sweetness to pretend it was a healthy dessert. Caramel, chocolate, oatmeal bars are worth pulling off the highway for!

We almost felt like a burden being there. My husband commented after we left that no one seemed pleased we were there. The food was good though!
